Our architectural team will assist you in your projects by the initiation of the Schematic Design in a collaborative manner to meet your requirements; the Design Development process will follow once the overall design (interior layouts and exterior design) is concluded. The value of working with our expert architectural team is to receive a high quality set of drawings for the building permit submission purposes as well as the construction drawings. The level of details provided in our architectural drawings are mainly addressing the accurate construction details which is a significant benefit for the tendering purposes in order to receive accurate quotations, either from our construction team or any other contractor/trade. Site visits and general reviews are also provided by our architects for projects requiring the commitment of general review as per the regulations to complete the inspections.
